Mountaincarts are very safe thanks to their low centre of gravity. Nevertheless, you should take the time to read the safety instructions.

Don’t worry: There isn’t all that much to bear in mind – but that makes it all the more important to us that you take the few safety instructions seriously and stick to them. For greater safety and driving enjoyment! Although accidents are rare – when they do happen, they’re usually down to taking too many risks or driving errors.

On site, you’ll find signs with safety instructions both in the valley and at the mountain station; there’s also a video with the information at the mountain station. There are also always at least two of our staff members on hand at the mountain station to provide you with a brief briefing. If you’re unsure about anything or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak to them!
